CML 2009 (www.tnhealth.org) has so many errors & anomalies.
1) Most of our current service particulars was not updated...
2) Few persons are having more than one CML Seniority...
3) Some person who have absconding from service (before several years) have CML 2009 Number...
4) Juniors placed ahead of seniors ( examples given below)...
5) Date of joining was not considered while fixing CML Seniority -- issue discussed in details with previous chapters....
6) Recent DPH&PM Instruction regarding CML seniority fixation was not followed...
7) Several persons date of joining were concealed...
8) CML Number given for NONAME category .. this will lead to future misuse..

Though there is a valid reason for delay in promotion counselling it is really very, very slow when compared to all other activities in D.M.S. SIDE WHICH IS VERY MUCH AHEAD of D.M.E side..At least to avoid inconvenience it is better to have promotion counselling either before may 10th orin june as it is already delayed.Counselling at a fixed time in a year is mandatory.But the pathetic state is transfer is already happening without counselling.In govt service there is no reward for sincere service.those who are irregular in service are benifited.
